A Busy Night in Southport!!
Following a relaxing summer recess the members of New Century Council met recently. Opening the Council W.Bro. Geoff Gill welcomed members and guests to their meeting at Southport; one of the guests was the District Grand Prefect Paul Snape.

Following the usual administrative business Geoff Gill as Master was pleased to Introduce Bro. Neal Atkinson to the Degree of St.Lawrence the Martyr.
The Lecture was presented and explained by V.W.Bro. Geoff Catterall.
 
After everyone had settled down the next business was to conduct a Ceremony to admit Neal Atkinson as a Knight of Constantinople.

For purposes of the Ceremony the Master invited Geoff Catterall to act as Master, the Candidate Neal Atkinson was conducted around the Lodge by a mystery guest; the Lecture was presented by Geoff Catterall.
 
Before the meeting closed the District Prefect Paul Snape added his congratulations and thanked everyone who had taken part in the Ceremony commenting on the excellence of their work.
 
In reply Geoff Gill thanked the District Grand Prefect for his generous comments inviting him, all present to join him for well earned refreshment and dinner.
